Common wedding questions
Can we show the Live-Wall on a projector in the evening?
Of course. The Live-Wall runs full-screen on anything with a browser: projector, TV, laptop. New photos join on their own, shuffled if you like, with 1 to 60 seconds per picture. Included from the Premium plan up. Expect half the room to start uploading afterwards, just to get on the big screen once.
What about guests without a smartphone?
Then somebody else uploads for them, and that is quite enough. You can look through the album together later on a laptop or tablet. Nobody has to buy a device for this one evening.
Can we sort photos out before everyone sees them?
You can hide or delete individual photos with one click on any plan, and we will not ask why. If you want nothing to become visible in the first place, photo approval in the Professional plan lets you check every upload beforehand.
When do we have to pay, and does the clock start then?
The first 10 photos or videos are on the house, and with the 11th at the latest you pay once. You are welcome to cross that item off your list during the planning instead: the runtime still starts with the 11th medium, so on your wedding day and not on the day of the transfer. After that the album is yours for 6, 12 or 24 months depending on the plan. No subscription and no invoice popping up again on your first anniversary.
