Common questions about prom
What does this cost us as the organising team?
Starting is free: the first 10 photos or videos cost nothing, and you need no payment details for them. After that you pay once for the whole night, however many people upload. No subscription and no cancellation still chasing you years later.
There are five of us organising. Who manages the album?
All five. Co-hosts have full rights, so everyone on the team can manage pictures, set up the photo booth and start the Live-Wall. Whoever is on the dance floor right now is off duty while the others keep the show running.
What about photos someone does not want in the album?
One click and gone: hide it or delete it, any time. A hidden picture can no longer be opened afterwards, not even through a picture link that has already been passed on. The album is never public, and if you like, you can protect it with an access code on top.
How does everyone get the pictures?
One by one in original quality, or all at once as a ZIP if you switch on “Download all photos”. On Premium the album stays online for 12 months. That is long enough even for the ones who only get in touch again months later.
