Common questions about christenings
Are the pictures really private?
Yes. There is no public album: only people who know the link get in, and if you like, you protect the album with an access code on top. The data sits on servers in the EU, and at the end of the term everything is deleted.
Will the grandparents manage?
Yes. There is no app and no login: point the camera at the QR code or type in the short address, pick the pictures, done. The album is available in 20 languages, in case part of the family speaks another one.
How long can guests add pictures?
Depending on the tier, 30 or 90 days. So even the aunt who sorts her pictures at home in peace can still add hers. Viewing and downloading continue after that: the album stays online for 6 or 12 months, depending on the tier.
Do we get the pictures in full quality?
Yes. The originals stay untouched, including all capture data. You can download everything as a ZIP in original quality at any time, and the voice messages from the guestbook are included in the final archive at the end.
