Common questions about memorials
Is something like this right for a memorial?
Framed the right way, yes. It is not about snapshots of the service but about the pictures of a life, scattered across many phones and albums. A note like “We are collecting memories of …” makes that clear to every guest straight away.
Who can see the pictures?
Only those who have the link or QR code. There is no public album, no search and no indexing by search engines. An access code can be set in addition.
Can we hold back or remove pictures?
Yes, at any time: every picture can be hidden or deleted with one click. If you want to be completely sure, use photo approval on the Professional tier. Then no picture appears until you have approved it.
How long does the album stay available?
Depending on the tier, 6, 12 or 24 months. At the end you automatically get an archive link with all pictures and voice messages. You can also download the complete album at any time before that.
