Common questions from companies
What about data protection?
Every guest confirms GDPR consent before participating (documented with a timestamp). There is no public album: access runs exclusively through the secret event link, without search and without indexing by search engines. The individual files also sit at randomly generated, unguessable addresses. All data is deleted at the end of the term.
Do we receive an invoice?
Yes, of course. You can pay by bank transfer on invoice, and the invoice shows VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice.
Who has access to the photos?
Only those who know the event link or QR code. There is no public album and no search engine indexing. On top of that you can deactivate each album individually.
What happens to the data after the event?
On the Professional plan the album remains available for 24 months (Premium 12, Standard 6). You can download a complete ZIP of every media file in original quality from the dashboard at any time, and at the end you additionally receive an archive link automatically. Afterwards all media and guest data are deleted from our systems.
Where is the data stored?
On servers inside the EU. The pictures are delivered from caches close to the viewer so they arrive quickly on a phone. The addresses are randomly generated and not guessable, but anyone who knows such an address or is passed it can open that picture. An access code protects the album PAGE, not the individual file. If your requirements are stricter, talk to us beforehand.
