Common questions about trade fairs
Can visitors at the stand upload photos too?
Yes. A QR code at the stand is all it takes. Uploading happens right in the browser, with no app and no sign-up.
Can we be sure nothing inappropriate ends up in the album?
On the Professional plan, yes: every picture only appears once someone from your team has approved it.
Can we use the photos for our socials?
You download everything in original quality. For posts, the same rule applies as with any picture: get the okay of the people in it first.
Do we get an invoice?
Yes, a proper invoice with VAT shown separately, which you can download in the dashboard.
