Common questions about Christmas parties
Do colleagues have to install an app?
No. Uploading and viewing run entirely in the browser, without an app and without a login. Nothing extra lands on company devices, and IT has nothing to roll out.
What about data protection?
The album is not public: only people who know the link or the access code get in, and each album can have its own access code. The data sits on servers in the EU, every upload runs through a consent with a timestamp, and at the end of the term everything is deleted.
What if a picture must not go online?
With photo approval on the Professional tier, it never appears in the first place: new uploads wait in the approval queue until you release them. You can hide or delete an approved picture again at any time. After that it can no longer be opened, not even through a picture link that has already been passed on.
Can we buy on invoice?
Yes. You receive an invoice with VAT itemised; for businesses in other EU countries, reverse charge applies. You pay once, there is no subscription.
