Create the event, share the QR code, try it out. The first 10 photos or videos are free, and you type a card number nowhere to get them.

Pay whenever you like
Your event falls due with the 11th medium at the latest. Before that is fine at any point, the day you create it for instance, so that nothing can get in the way on the day itself. Once means once: nothing renews on its own, nothing gets charged later, there is nothing to cancel.

The clock only starts when people upload
Runtime and upload period both begin with the 11th medium, not with your payment. Pay months ahead and you lose not one single day of it. During the upload period any number of guests upload any amount, and afterwards the album stays up for the full runtime: view, share, download.

The archive arrives on its own at the end
When the runtime ends an archive download with every shot turns up automatically, and the link is good for 4 weeks. You do not have to wait for it: a complete ZIP in original quality is yours from the dashboard at any time, as often as you like.

Questions about the price
What counts as a "medium"?
Every uploaded photo and every video is one medium. The first 10 of your event are free, whether that is 10 photos, 10 videos or a mixture.
When exactly do I have to pay?
With the 11th medium at the latest: further uploads pause at that point until you unlock the event with the one-time payment. Earlier is always allowed, right after creating it for example. Nothing is lost in the meantime: everything already uploaded stays visible and is not deleted.
Is there a subscription or any follow-up cost?
No. Once per event, and that is that. Nothing renews, nothing hides, nothing needs cancelling. We are not trying to marry you, we are trying to rescue your photos.
What happens at the end of the runtime?
Your event expires and you automatically get an archive link with every shot as a ZIP, valid for 4 weeks. After that all data is deleted. You do not have to wait that long: the complete ZIP in original quality is yours to download from the dashboard whenever you want.
How do vouchers work?
A voucher gives a percentage discount on the event price and is redeemed at checkout, or already when you create the event if you prefer. At 100 % discount your event is unlocked straight away, without you leaving a card anywhere.
Do I get an invoice with VAT?
Always, and a proper one. All three plans are end prices including VAT. The invoice can be made out to your company, and companies in the EU with a valid VAT ID get a reverse-charge invoice.
If I pay today, does the clock start today?
No. Runtime and upload period both start with the 11th medium, so on the day of your event and not on the day of your payment. You can therefore pay months in advance without losing a single day of runtime. There is exactly one limit: a paid event in which nothing at all happens for 24 months gets archived.
How long can my guests upload?
The upload period starts with the 11th medium, so with your event: 30, 90 or 120 days depending on the plan. During that time any number of guests upload any amount. Afterwards you extend it once for free, and every further extension costs. For you nothing changes: as the host you keep uploading for the whole runtime, for instance when your photographer only delivers in the autumn.
