Common questions about parties
Can I collect several celebrations in one event?
Sure. Create several albums, say "Pre-party", "Celebration" and "Brunch after". Each has its own QR code, they all belong to one event, and you still only pay once. Multiple albums come with the Premium plan and up.
Do videos work too?
Obviously. Up to 1000 MB per file, MP4 or iPhone MOV alike. Converting happens automatically, playback happens right in the album. So the whole firework display fits in, not just the first twelve seconds of it.
Do iPhone photos (HEIC) work?
HEIC and HEIF go straight in, and so do JPEG, PNG and WebP. Your guests change no settings and convert nothing. Just as well, because at half eleven you would not want to explain that to anybody anyway.
Can I hide embarrassing photos?
One click and gone, any time and on any plan. We will not ask why. If you want nothing to become visible in the first place, photo approval in the Professional plan lets you check every upload before anybody sees it.
