Common questions about kids' birthday parties
Do the other parents need an app?
No. Scan the QR code or tap the link, and the album opens in the browser. No app, no account, no password.
Who can see the photos of the kids?
Only people who have the link or the QR code. The album cannot be found publicly, and on the Professional plan you approve every picture before the others get to see it.
Can grandma and grandpa join in even if they weren't there?
Of course. Send them the link, and they can look through everything at their own pace and even record a greeting in the guestbook.
How long does the album stay online?
6 months on Standard, 12 on Premium, 24 on Professional. Before that, you download everything in original quality as a ZIP.
